• Conditions of Use, Sales and Conduct

  • You must accept Aprricott.com’s Conditions of Use & Sale along with its Privacy Notice when creating an account or placing orders.
  •  These govern all activity on the site, including purchases, returns, and interactions with third-party sellers.
  • Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining their account details 
  • Aprricott.com can refuse to terminate accounts, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative payment methods if fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.
  • Users should not use Aprricott services in a way that causes interruption, damage, or impairment.
  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
  • Aprricott.com is not liable for breaches of contracts between sellers and customers.

• Purchases & Returns:

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the date of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@aprricott.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

• VAT Registration 

  • Sellers on Aprricott.com must hold a valid UAE commercial license (mainland or free-zone) to operate legally and are VAT registered.
  • Users registering for VAT on Aprricott.com must provide accurate information and authorize Aprricott to debit their account for any unbilled VAT.
  • Sellers are responsible for including VAT in their prices if they are VAT registered and for paying VAT to the government.
  • Aprricott issues tax invoices to customers on the Seller’s behalf, which can be used to pay the VAT 
  • Aprricott fees are also subject to VAT, which sellers are responsible for calculating and adding to their listed prices.
  • For customers, the prices displayed on Aprricott.com for products or services generally includes any applicable VAT. 

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after receipt date.

• Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.

• Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, and shall be designated as such at the time of purchase. Such items are but not limited to:
    1. Off spec designated material.
    2. Expired material before purchase.

• Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
  • Aprricott.com may cancel orders if payment is not made with 72 hours from purchase, if you fail to provide necessary information, or if you hinder delivery.
